At the foot of Mount Isarog, The Bicol Scholar was established in 2003 as PSHS–BRC's official student publication. BiScho, as we endearingly call the paper, commits itself to the PSHSS core values in its mission to serve the Pisay community, the Bikolanos, and—by extension—the Filipino people.
